Detox Membership Only: Full-Support

So far I have handled the experience. I found the first 4 days difficult, with extreme headaches and nausea ( even tho I came off my 2 cups of organic coffee p/d a week before as advised) Normally I eat a clean diet, organic etc, but the month of December leading up to Christmas took a hit on me with all the extra activities, dinners, parties etc ( I'd already committed to myself I was dieting as of Jan 1st, so I let myself go, bad move I know lol. I love the science behind the Detox and how its all explained in understandable terms. There is no way I would attempt a Detox on my own! I also love that the eating plan is set out for you to follow ( as I know I would give up if I had to think for myself with the brain fog). Today is day eight for me and I'm already 4.2kgs down (aprrox 8.8lbs I think) As I am Aussie some of the brand names food items are not relevant however I've been able to find similar items. I also like the videos & information that Robyn presents in the Detox Portal. Overall and excellent program!

I feel great. Not tired, no brain fog, lots of energy, I sleep well and wake up rested and not tired, lost 10 pounds. So happy I joined this detox program
