never again I will ordered anything from Invisalign. My order took forever, and when you call to found out the status of your order nobody can give you the right answer.

Roughly 10 days after delivery and use my sonic cleanser stopped working. It was great until that day. So that’s not why I gave two stars. I gave two stars because I have yet to get a response to my emails and whenever I tried calling the customer support number. It advises me, due to heavy call volume, to leave an email. So I go online and leave an email. And to this day. And to this day roughly 2 weeks later, no response.

Stopped working after one week. Currently trying to contact Invisalign for a replacement but it has taken over one week to get a reply.
