I love the locket but the chain is defective. I sent an email claiming it and they also did not send one charm and they responded they were looking into it and will get back to me, and never did. Dissapointing. non trustworthy company. Does not backup its products. Chain is defective, Broken and they give rounds over the emails and dont offer a solution which is a replacenent. And there was one charm missing from the order. Beware. Do not buy from this company.
