Rotating Eternal Rose Gift Box

My girlfriend absolutely loves the rose. I think it looks elegant like her. The problem is that we went to rotate the rose to see the necklace and there was nothing there. You could tell something was supposed to be there, but just nothing.

Everything was in order and all functioned as properly. However, the time it took to arrive was nearly a MONTH! Also the print on the necklace is very small, so be aware before you buy. It is lovely though and my girlfriend appreciated it. Overall, good product, needs tweaking a bit.
