Pancetta

I love to use a bit of pancetta as a base for multiple pasta dishes, but it's hard to find and expensive. When I order this, I then slice it into the portion I'll need for a recipe, wrap it in freezer paper, place it in a paper bag and then freeze it. That way, we always have individual recipe portions ready to go. The quality of the meat is nice, too, and one can either keep the extra fat for flavor or trim it - as you wish. I will probably always order this to keep on hand! Thanks for offering it.

Great Quality

A lot of pancetta for a good price. Quality was also very good. Tasted fresh and had a good balance of meat and fat. Arrived quickly. Packaging was still cold. Will definitely be buying this again.
