Velvet Eyeliner: Dark Brown

These eyeliners are perfection!! They glide easily over my wrinkley eyelids, can be smudged effortlessly, then they dry down and don’t move! I purchased the chocolate brown and the dark brown. I will definitely be getting more shades!

I have tried many eye pencils from cheap to very pricey always in search of the best. My eyes are extremely sensitive and many irritate my eyes or fade within a few hours. I finally found THE BEST!! So easy to apply, stays on ALL day and no irritation! I threw all my other pencils out. I will be using these exclusively forever!!
