It carries a sheen that’s not glittery or blinding, or chunky with metallic bits, but silky in both appearance and application. It’s gorgeous. A little goes a long way, but it’s easy to build up and would be great as an eyeliner. Very happy with this purchase and highly recommended to others who are interested.
