Doesn't fit pillow case properly. Insert doesn't fit the pillow cover. It's too small. Too lumpy of a cover

Natural latex pillow

I love the softness of this latex pillow. However, after two months of use it is already flattening a bit. Would have liked the option to purchase one with a higher loft. I sometimes sleep on my side and it really isn't the most comfortable for that, but overall it is comfortable for a back sleeper.

Very Nice Pillow

The cover has changed since the last one I bought about six years ago. It was soft and smooth then and now it has diamond-like embossing which I'm undecided on. You can feel the pattern through the pillowcase, but it is still a very comfortable pillow. When I ordered it, I didn't know there was a choice between Low- and High-loft but the package had the Low-loft box checked. I do love how the pillow always holds its shape and supports my head whether on my side or back. I do not make recommendations but I am very happy with this pillow.
