Great all-rounder, but i mostly use this for finely chopping veg as the rounded end makes it easy to roll-chop quickly. As with the other knives it’s razor sharp has a really nice weight.

Fantastic All Rounder For My Kitchen
After reading all the positive praise for the Katto kitchen knife range, I have added a Nakiri to my kitchen knife collection.
The Nakiri arrived in 24hrs, cosseted in superb packaging, together wither a custom leather scabbard. The build quality of both is exceptional and the Nakiri blade is frighteningly sharp, making it an ideal all rounder for my cooking tasks.
My Katto products look amazing, are robust and wonderfully well made by the craftspeople in Sheffield.
I’ll certainly be adding more Katto knives to my kitchen very soon. It’s so good to support such a talented British company.
