Great taste

First-time gardener, raised bed. These turned out great with a nice, mild flavor. The white banding was brighter than the picture. I made it into hummus and it was very light colored. The "blood" in the title made me think they would be darker. I think I got leaf miner, so I guess I need to try to prevent that next time.
