Yellowfin Summer Squash

Yellowfin, a winner every year

Yellowfin is the only yellow squash we buy. It grows really well and sets lots of flowers. We especially like it raw in salads, it is nice and crunchy, making it a nice foil to the tomatoes and cukes we grow.

Compact and productive.

This has been a great addition to my raised bed summer squash garden. I can fit 3 of these along with 3 Niobe zucchini and 3 patty pan in one 4x8 raised garden bed. Way more squash produced than my family can eat alone.Yum!

100 percent germination

I direct seeded 5 seeds in garden in a mixture of seed starting mix and garden soil. All 5 popped through at same time. I thinned to two plants. Had so much success with there production last year they are my new favorite.
