Disappointed with sourdough

The sourdough bread is just not tasty!! Especially since it cost $55:00 for 3 really tiny loaves. Also did not provide clear instructions for serving size. Not everyone has a scale to measure ounces. It should come already sliced!! Will not buy it again

It's a Game Changer

I tried it for the first time not knowing what to expect. It's not inexpensive and the loaves are small. That being said, it makes wonderful toast and sandwiches. The texture and flavor compliment what ever it's paired with. It doesn't taste like a sad substitute. My gluten eating husband likes it too. I've already placed my second order.

Tasty sourdough

I love this bread! I have missed sourdough since I went gluten-free, so I was excited when three small fresh moist dense loaves of gluten-free sourdough bread arrived at my door, nicely packaged in individual brown bags. It smelled wonderful when I took out a loaf and sliced off two pieces to toast. I put them through my toaster twice to get them light brown, and then spread dairy-free margarine on top that melted right in. The first bite convinced me that it is a keeper! It was the complex and tart sourdough flavor that I remember. I ate the slices with a bowl of homemade soup and enjoyed every bite. It was just the right size for me, as I plan to only eat it toasted with soup and not make sandwiches with it. I sliced all the loaves and packaged four slices together at a time with parchment between each slice in two freezer ziplocks. I look forward to having a couple toasty slices with each bowl of soup from now on!
