I am thoroughly enjoying these bars. I bought this version because the net carb count was lower; I am simultaneously on a keto diet, so I need to be mindful of carbohydrates that can cause a rise in blood sugar levels. So, I eat them in moderation, but what a wonderful treat. I love the crunch!

Chocolate Nut Bar

Thank you Fody for this great tasting chocolate nut bar that doesn’t cause any stomach discomfort. The chocolate nut bar is healthy and is the best thing I’ve tried in a long time. While on the FodMap and gluten free diets, I was craving chocolate and thought I wouldn’t be able to eat chocolate. To my delight, I took a chance and ordered the Fody chocolate nut bar and was not disappointed. Thank you Fody, keep doing what you do!
