Women's PORLITE Refuge Pant

Gift for my wife but had to return it due to sizing. She is short and I was hoping the XS would not be too long. They were clumsily too long and too snug on the waist with her bibs on. She really wanted to keep them because of the features and quality of the rain pants, but they would have been a hassle to wear. If they were offered in petite sizes with inseams 27-28” that would be great.
