Perfect size for keeping a snack on hand! Goes great with the other lunch boxes too!

Well, this was delivered used, dirty, dusty, and with the silicone part smashed in. It was not covered or bagged like the other items delivered. The silicone seal on the right side comes undone when box is opened. My other boxes don't do this. I reached out to customer service and was told it can't be returned d/t being bought on sale. They provided cleaning instructions for its dirt and dust and said the silicone is meant to be removed for easy cleaning. I responded that the seal does not stay in place on the right side and felt it only right that they replace/exchange the damaged product or, in the least, send a new seal to try. I also feel that buying a product on sale does not mean accepting damaged goods. It is still pricey even with a sale. I have yet to receive a reply and it has been a few days.
