MobilityPlus+ Nova Ultra-Light Carbon Folding Electric Wheelchair

This wheelchair is fine. It handles well and appears quite stable. There is springing to soften the ride. Unfortunately I have not been able to use it as desired since the attendant control bracket has still not arrived. It was disappointing that it was not availble at the time of order. Otherwise the ordering and delivery processes were good

The chair looks good, folds easy and I’m slowly getting the hang of the joystick. I’ve only given it 4 stars as the thick padding inside the back cushion pushes me forwards so I’m sort of perched on the chair rather than sat in it. I spoke to customer support but they said there was nothing that could be done. I wish I could have travelled to one of the shops to try the chair before purchase but sadly not possible. For reference I’m 5ft 3ins tall and weigh 9st so I think anyone larger than me would need one of the bigger chairs to be comfy.

From start to finish the whole process was very informative. Even after purchasing the chair, you sorted the seating out as I found it a little uncomfortable. Brilliant service, thank you.
