Wow, this is so flavorful without being greasy! I used it as a breakfast patty but with a lightly seasoned gravy. I wish I hadn’t used any gravy because it was a stand alone star. I also wish I would have purchased more than one package in my first box. I’ll know better for my next order.

This ground pork surprised me. I mean… how different could ground pork taste, right? But it WAS!
It was much more juicy and flavorful that ground pork I usually buy, and I was really happy with it.
I just wish it was a normal pack size of 16 oz. Especially since you do lose some of the bulk of the meat (fat content) in cooking. 10 oz made for a somewhat stingy portion of meat for my family of four, but otherwise, delicious!

Absolutely the best product I have ever made a burger with. I wanted to keep it simple. Salt and pepper. A little Adobo seasoning. Seared in a cast iron skillet which produced the best crust. Toasted the bun and just a touch of mayo and mustard, and relish. A slice of pepper jack cheese and of course some crispy bacon. OMG! The taste of the meat was so flavorful. The best pork I have ever had. A very juicy, not greasy taste. Even as a ground meat the texture was pleasant and had a great chew. I will be purchasing more.
