What I have learned over the years (75),both in the military and in my career in nursing and otherwise is that you practice preventive maintainence to keep things running efficiently. That includes our body and health. The products that you produce meets the criteria. I take the men's health and prostate support and elderberry elixir daily as well as the sleep elixir.
