Purple Purple Edible Pearlized Brew Dust

Go Ravens!

Every year, I brew a purple Baltimore Ravens-themed beer for the football season. This year I decided to kick it up a notch and added a bunch of Brew Dust and Brew Glitter. Final count was 16 grams (4 containers) of Dust and 8 grams (2 containers) of Glitter into a 5 gallon keg before kegging. The attached pic was the first pull immediately after kegging. Just ridiculous! It's been a few weeks now and as expected, the dust and glitter have both fallen out of suspension considerably but there's still a very noticeable amount. I can also give the keg a shake to kick it back up before pouring. If you're looking for a cool gimmick to enhance your homebrew, can't go wrong with Brew Dust or Brew Glitter!
