Originally I had trouble with 1st generation mounting connections and got totally frustrated After speaking with customer service they advised me that they had an on line video showing how to use 1st generation wiring with the 2nd generation connectors. It worked out great. The only thing I did different was to butt crimp the wires together and run a tail to the connector instead of soldering and taping the connections. I could not make the required loop with my existing wiring. Got all 15 candles working in a few hours and they look and operate great! I would highly recommend this system Thank you
