Excellent Product, Cheap Packaging

The butter is absolutely exquisite! The fragrance is so lovely. But it’s packaged in the cheapest plastic I’ve encountered in a long time, especially for this price point. The edges don’t articulate on the lid, and it’s not pretty on my counter top. But it smells divine. I’ll still buy it, but I’d pay more for a pretty frosted glass jar with a substantial rose gold top that screws on with confidence. I’d also be more inclined to gift this product if its packaging was more luxurious.

Loved the Product but Shipping

The body butter is amazing with a beautiful scent. Unfortunately the delivery process was lengthy and complicated . Kai Fragrance customer support didn’t bother to reply to my email inquiry for support when it seemed the package was going to be send back. Stressful experience and not sure I would go through that again.

Let me say” I have tried and worn many fragrances, body butters and oils with the gift to mix them all well. But these products need no mixing it’s perfect on its own!!!! Wow and wow!!!!! Amazing smell with long lasting results even after showering..
