Very good wine

I always add some black pepper or spiced oak chippings for extra flavour to the SG Gold Cabernet, Shiraz and Merlot. A heat pad, allow extra days after fermentation and then 3 weeks after clearing and in my opinion it’s better than the £8-£10 bottles you get in a supermarket. I have been drinking wine for 25 years and making my own for the last 2 years which has given great pleasure. B2B have always been my supplier and provide a great service.
