Ippodo Tea Matcha - Ummon Ceremonial Japanese Matcha Powder

Does taste amazing, its velvety/creamy and more on the sweet side (0 bitterness). I use roughly 4grams (2 tsp) of matcha powder to make my iced earl grey matcha lattés. Only downside is that it doesnt have much of an umami side to it and isnt as strong as I thought it would be. Also expensive not worth the price for 20grams.

Beautiful deep green powder color. This matcha has no bitterness and has very good taste. However I find it a bit strong for me (caffeine) and pricey. It's a drink for special occasion.
