The product is incredible and went together perfectly (only took a couple hours and everything fit together like a glove). My only complaint is it is missing the remote power switch and I have sent numerous emails to Jessem customer service and no response! Great product but awful customer service!

Quality product, great customer support with prompt replies, attention to shipping and product safety is amazing. I already know I will be passing this tool onto my son, that’s the kind of quality you notice right out of the box!
