I ordered the replacement bulb because the ballast box was ticking with a red light flashing. Unfortunately, replacing the bulb did not fix the problem and I don't know what to do next.

This item arrived in tight packing, was very easy to install, and worked 100%. The price was reasonable. The item was out of stock when I shopped for it at first. I had to call again 3 weeks later to order it. Then 2 weeks later it arrived coming from Dallas TX to Yerington NV. I guess good things come to those who wait.
