Outstanding Non-Pareil Oolong

A must for a seasoned tea drinker. Not so much for a newbie. Another oolong I wouldn't have been able to understand when I first started drinking tea. While it's finicky when brewing its exemplary in its floral perfume like aroma. It's somewhat like the smell of pink lemonade. An invigorating perfume of flavor backed by the typical mild astringent mineral typical of this type of oolong. 5g 120ml gaiwan 180 degrees brewed 3x 20 sec, 7x for 30 secs. My personal favorites of the oolongs in tins on Yunnan. Aside from 2 others I have yet to purchase.
