I've been using this product for about 5 yrs now. Its is a great blend! I usually mix with about 4oz of organic Apple Juice and 8-10oz of water to provide additional flavor. Gentle on the tummy. Gives you that necessary energy boost without those effects you feel after coming down from a coffee high. Lets not forget all the AMAZING green ingredients! I highly recommend this product for all ages.
