I depend on my table spoon of Organic Wheat Grass to give me a morning boost. I actually use with a table spoon of Spirulina mixed with my cereal and fruit. Sometimes i throw in a a teaspoon of Tumeric. Gteat energy boost no matter how u use it. Thanks.
