Great Item, But Customer Service Dropped the Ball

The product itself is great—high quality and exactly what I was hoping for. However, the customer service needs improvement. I had to call about my order nearly four weeks after placing it, only to find out it hadn’t even been processed. If I hadn’t followed up, it likely wouldn’t have shipped at all, as I never received any updates or outreach from customer service. Great product, but communication and order management definitely need attention
