Delivery was fast and packaged in a beautiful reusable gift bag. The tops of the lids were secured by plastic and tape. Other hair care companies I have ordered from don't take these precautionary measures of protection so zinc was very impressed. I loved the texture and scent of the conditioners, shampoo and growth serum. They left my hair feeling soft and not weighted down. The gel was great as it also imparts shine. After wash and conditioner I was on a rush and applied smoothing leave in plus gel and put my afro textured hair in a ponytail. I was pleasantly surprised at how straight and manageable it left my hair afterwards as I don't have a relaxer and used no heat. I'm new to the products and have already highly recommended them to friends and family.
