Excellent, with small caveats

I really like the kit in terms of the image, the colours, the size and the variety of stitches. Roumanian couching was new to me, requiring intricate work which I enjoyed. However the drawing and the printed outline showed different angles on the feathers, where the colours join - different to how they should be and were done in the photographed example - which made it awkward to complete the closed fly stitches on the feathers. Also the instructions for the Roumanian Couching were a bit confusing - the couching stitch was shown in the diagram as lying in the opposite direction to what the instructions told you to do. The diagram shows the couching stitch as lower left to upper right and the instructions say lower right to upper left. But these are minor points. It’s a lovely kit and I shall do a second one.
