I watched several videos pertaining to the model that I had ordered and that made the assembly of my scooter so easy to assemble. The instructions and other information that came along with the scooter are very helpful. I have been riding the scooter within my new apartment community and I’am quite pleased with the ease of operation and the excellent quality of my new assistant in life. 5 Stars

the scooter is great however my old ex I could take the battery case out of the scooter and charge it or charge it in the scooter. This unit you can only charge it in the scooter. So I can not just bring the battery in the house to charge and leave the scooter in my truck.
