Product was as described, instructions for measuring and installing were concise and simple. There was an issue with shipping (not Skylight Depot’s fault) and Penn was extremely understanding and IMMEDIATELY addressed the issue. Not to mention that I feel the price was amazing as well but customer service was out of this world!
