The customer service at Hold Fast is outstanding. They answered all of my questions quickly and completely. They handled my return and re-order flawlessly. I received the skinny moneymaker very quickly. I’m impressed with its quality, the way it looks, and the way it fits. It’s very comfortable and carries both of my cameras securely and comfortably. I’ve tried other systems for carrying two cameras, and this is by far the best for my personal comfort and style of photography.

The straps are great and I love them..but

The straps are great and I love them. I was disappointed in the way it was packaged. I received the straps stuffed in a medical box from UPS, with the box text and logos scribbled on, all around the entire box. It just seemed odd to receive something of such quality and from a company with great reputation, in a mediocre way. I guess it felt that my order was rushed or not much attention went into it. Again, the straps are amazing and super happy with the product.
