This is the fragrance Roja should have kept as I have both Zakat Al Fajr and Le Falcone Risala Autograph 2 awesome versions of Isola Blue but the subtle difference between them and Oligrch is what makes The Monarch a cut above

This is an elegant, mature mens fragrance that flat-out smells like money. My nose gets citrus and musk notes. Can't wait to start wearing this.

Smells so closely to Oligarch by Roja! I'm so happy to have this. Needs to sit for 2 weeks at least for maximum performance. But at first spray it smelled wonderful so u know it will be even better.
