Not great
I love the bag. The look. But having a plastic strap was not great. Plus. There are few auxiliary pockets to put things in for a quick city grab. I bought a leather strap. Now it looks better I will sew a transit ticket pocket on the outside for that extra pocket.

Perfect
just the right size! I love the canvas fabric and the grey color. It's so much lighter than my old bag, so I'm very happy!

Great bag
My order arrived quickly. I love the size and weight of the bag. The fake leather strap looks great. The inner strap for keys is perfect. Wish there was a place for a pen without having to dig.
