Waiting for a reimbursement

I received my order in early April. I liked the purse and thought it was a nice one, but not for me. The strap was too long and the purse was bigger than I thought. the end of the zipper also stuck out of the purse. I returned it a few days later to the address instructed and with it's original tags. I am still waiting for my reimbursement as it has been more than a month and I have not yet been reimbursed. My emails and FB messages have gone unanswered. The phone number listed is not taking new messages. I really would like to be reimbursed for this purse and don't want to think badly of this company.
