Color is off

Let me start by saying I have several of your bags. I love them all. However, I was disappointed with this one due to the color. I have the same pattern in the small tote bag, but this one has yellowish flowers instead of white. I have been trying to reach out to exchange it, but no one answers the question of whether or not it can be exchanged instead of returned. I even left a voicemail and didn't get an answer. I got it on sale, and I would like to exchange it instead of returning it and then buying another one, not on sale, or wait for another sale. Now, it is too late to return it.

Perfect Travel Bag

I love, love, love this travel bag. It is the perfect size, with plenty of pockets to hold the essentials, including an interior water bottle holder. I will use this until the wheels fall off and immediately buy another one. The print is fun and unexpected, and I've already received compliments!

Love this bag

I’ve been looking for work tote that allows me to carry my computer and water bottle. I wanted a bag that is fun (not serious) and cleans up well. Wow! I hit the jackpot! It holds everything I need for work, and I spill my water bottle way less than I use to. It’s easy to find items in the pockets. I love it!
