Durable Great Quality Pool Towels

Great quality and durable. Washes well and love that these a bleach resistant to get out any minor stains. No color fading. I use these in my vacation rentals and found them to last and wash well.

Disappointing quality

We ordered 8 of these monogrammed towels and loved the look and feel of them. Upon the first wash, all of the towels had runs and strings all over them. We contacted the company and they immediately sent us eight more. We were hopeful that this batch would be better than the last, but unfortunately, that was not the case. We did a lot of research on pool towels before we bought these and your brand came very highly rated. We spent over $350 on eight of them. We now have 16 total, but I’m not sure that we can use them because the number of strings will be impossible to cut off and manage after every wash. Cutting the long strings also shows visible runs in the fabric. I have heard that you all excel at customer service and I have been so happy with your service overall to date. I would appreciate if someone could contact me to talk about next steps and other options. I’ve also included a few photos. While strings I think will always show on the first couple of washes with every good towel purchase, the number of runs, strings, and pulls on these after one wash is like nothing I’ve ever seen. Your help is appreciated as we try to find another product of higher quality.

I purchased these towels for vacation rentals in the Caribbean because they have to stand up to the sun and pool chlorine. So far they look great and withstand repeated washing.
