My favorite balm for sore muscles

So lovely for tired, sore muscles!

Was so excited to receive this in the mail this week. My partner and I have been doing LOTS of yardwork in addition to my running so our legs and backs are sore! I put some on last night and again before working today. My legs feel noticeably better where I applied this.

Some sort of magic

This is my 2nd balm and I haven’t even finished my first yet- I just needed to make sure I had another one just in case. I know what the ingredients are but there’s definitely some magic infused because this balm is the bomb(sry lol). From my extreme tension in my neck and shoulders, to a random bump or tender bruise- this balm has helped me more times than I can count. One time, it even helped a mysterious pain on my ankle that I didn’t know the cause or really pin point what kind of pain it was. Honestly, it’s really just wonderful. A little goes a long way. The handwritten note on the back of a very cool postcard is always such a nice touch when opening the package. I even got a crystal with my purchase. 10/10 !
