This is a Memorable Sauce

The complexity of this hot sauce stuck in my memory after buying it from a retailer in Portland five or six years ago. After a cross-country move and all this time I have regaled countless condiment enthusiasts about “this fantastic umami hot sauce I once had” and I could list off the ingredients like I was a regional sales rep. I’m thrilled that I’ve finally tracked it down and it’s been wonderful to experience it again — it is peerless in its category. I’ll be ordering more varieties in the future without a doubt.
