Just Wingin' It

Brown water. No sauce.

I ordered the “Wingin’ It” hot sauce from Seed Ranch and received what was essentially brown water in the bottle. After contacting customer service, they confirmed the product was out of spec and told me a replacement was already on the way. The replacement never arrived. To make things worse, the tracking number they provided for the “replacement” was just a duplicate of the original shipment. After that, I requested a refund instead. They said they would process it, but that never happened either. So at the end of all this, I’m left with: * A defective bottle of sauce * No replacement * No refund * Lost money on both the product and shipping What’s most frustrating is the repeated cycle of promises and assurances that things were being fixed when nothing actually happened. Mistakes happen — defective products happen — but failing to follow through multiple times after acknowledging the issue is what made this such a disappointing experience

Perfect take on a standard

When I go to a New Mexican restaurant I get the chile relleno. Italian: spaghetti bolognese. I like to see how places do with classic dishes first, and Seed Ranch’s Just Wingin it is a marvelous take on a classic buffalo sauce. A little more heat than your average buffalo sauce, but not scorching for unseasoned taste buds, a hint of sweetness without tasting “sweet”. Spot on once again! The smoked jalapeño is fantastic too.
