Customer service trouble

I missed the 4th of July sale by a couple days, I reached out to Silva via website, phone, voice mail, and email and never received communication back on my request to apply the sale to my order. I would have cancelled order and re purchased since it was so close to the sale date. If it was a bigger issue I would have been very frustrated how many times I reached out and did not receive communication back.
