Loving my new chair! Came promptly, easy to set up, and looks gorgeous.

Nightmare experience with shipping

I placed the order 12/28/25 and it’s 2/12/26 and I am still without a chair with a newborn and no place to comfortably breastfeed. Namesake sent me a chair over a two weeks delayed with a broken base ring. So with a brand new newborn we had to move out the heavy broken base, and move in a heavy replacement base only to find out when opening the large box that it was the wrong fabric ordered by their team. I quickly flagged it to them and after slow back and forth the fabric we wanted was sold out. They provided an estimated time frame that was already pushed out, so as of today it’ll be at least two months to get a chair instead of 10 days. Extremely disappointed to have such a critical part of our nursery and breastfeeding experience so delayed and disrupted while also juggling large pieces of furniture in and out of our apartment with a newborn. Customers service has been nice but this is not what I would expect for a chair over $1k. I got offered more savings with submitting a review than for our troubles with getting this chair.

Beautiful Glider

The glider is beautiful and so very comfortable. It is perfect for rocking our sweet granddaughter. It smoothly and quietly reclines. It also has a USB charger easily within reach. I bought the 3 year insurance that will keep it covered for stains or electrical problems that could arise. We look forward to using this glider for Many years and hopefully with more grand children. I highly recommend the glider! Now....I ordered the glider on August 1st. Our granddaughter was not due until October 10th. She came on October 5th and went home on the 7th. She and the glider arrived home on the SAME DAY!! Customer service Grace was great but ALLOW for delays for the chair to be delivered! It caused much stress.
