Best espresso shot I have pulled in a long time. Still having some trouble getting a creamy steamed milk for a latte.

This was my first espresso machine and I wanted one with lots of features that would last a long time. The QM 67 really delivers in that regard and was straightforward to use even in my inexperienced hands. I'm really happy that I went with a dual boiler machine for milk drinks. the steam is very powerful. I only had to call ChrisCoffee once to help with the PID settings. The displays were a little confusing and not illustrated well in the manual (which is otherwise excellent). They walked me through the process and all is good now. Very happy with my purchase!
