Been coming back for this for years. Every time it's my birthday month I spoil myself with this

Dark, Smooth

This is a very smooth bar, from the chocolate shell to the pistachio filling. I wouldn't say it's creamy, just really smooth - almost like a less fatty butter. It's not sweet, which I personally like, although I would prefer a stronger pistachio flavor. It has a pistachio ice cream type of flavor profile, as opposed to a richer gelato/pistachio butter/spread flavor.
