Pretty much perfect

The tool is heavy and feels nice in your hand. Easy to hold and manipulate. My only minor complaint is that the U shape is a bit deeper than I think I'd like it to be, but overall it fits nicely to the contours of my face and is the exact little bit of self-care I was looking to add to my day.
