Poor communication with Caffe Tech

The coffee maker is beautiful, makes good coffee! The machine was in stock but took one week to ship from the warehouse and another week to be shipped from Vancouver to Nanaimo. The water line connection is insane, there is a garden hose like connection on the bottom of the machine so the elbow goes down an inch below the legs of the machine. So it now sits on little blocks to get clearance for the water line.
