I am very happy with the product. However, when I called about the product, I was told it was in stock. When I ordered it, I was informed it would be weeks before the product would be in stock. When I wanted to cancel the order, I was informed I would need to pay 15% even though the item was on back order and not even in stock. This was tremendously dissatisfying.
