Outstanding service, most important to me when need unexpectedly

I called on this company on a Thursday, about 11 AM. Item arrived on Saturday afternoon with 'standard' service. this was because of excellent care, without delay, and keeping product stocked in inventory. I am so grateful because I had been waiting at a different company for more that two week and still the item had not been sent. (Situation of great need because of unexpected deterioration of my only two pair on hand at home. I was in great need. )
